Phuket Hotel Tourism - Term & Conditions |
| Phuket Hotel Tourism, hereinafter called Phuket Official Hotel Reservation and Travel Service Provider, acts only as inbound travel agentcy to providing accommodation, tours package, travel products, tickets and transportation arrangement in Phuket and nearby. From F.I.T - individual till large group with full board packages. Below is our term and conditions which you must read and considerate before make an agreement with us. | |
| 1.) Authorized Licence: |

| 2.) Tour Rate: |
2.1 ) All tour rate quote are in Thai Baht. The tour rate are correct at are subject to change with or without piror notice.
2.2 ) Tour rate quote includes; service charge, government tax, transportation, accommodation, some meal, some equipment, as outlinded in each tour description. (In case of special require, we will make a discussion and inform you cleary such, extra charge, equipment, no. of pax etc.) | |
| 3.) Rate Excluded: |
| Expense other specified in each itinerary such as, airport tax, cost of passport or visa, telephone, baggage charge, comunication charge, additional meals, tip, laundry, liquor and other items of personal are not included in the prices quote. | |
| 4.) Tour & Transportation: |
| All major tour destinations, tour package are included the comfortable air - condition car / mini van / bus depend on the no. of passenger. Customer who need to be private charter tour or transportation can be require. | |
| 5.) Transfer Extra Charge: |
| Some hotel may not in the major destinations, the extra charge will be cost to customer. In this case we will inform you clearly by e-mail. | |

| 6.) Reservation & Confirmation: |
| Any special requirement, Reservation, Informations or Confirmation. We will replied to you within two business days by e-mail, fax or telephone. | |
| 7.) Payment & Deposit: |
| A full payment or deposit is required at the time when tour or hotel reservation is made. In case of group booking, to purchase some equipment, food or beverage or extra expense. Customer must be deposit for all above mention. We will inform you in each case clearly by phone or e-mail. | |
| 8.) Payment Security System: |
Phuket Hotel Tourism intend to protect and to ensure the confidentially of your personal identify when you sent your personal information to us over the internet. Our payment supported by the system of VBV ( Varified By Visa ) and Master Card Secure Code, that to ensure your data transmission will be save and confidentially when make a payment with phukethoteltourism.
Moreover, for the most convenience customer can select the payment system as we offer you. Anycase which is most customer convenience, we will arrange it. | |
| 9.) Canclelation: |
Our cancellation policy are saperate between Tour Package and Hotel Reservation, which are different policy - term and condition to those state below. We will inform you clearly if this is the case with your booking
8.1.) Hotel Reservation, customer can be book, cancle or payment direct with our affilate. (Agoda)
8.2.) Phuket Hotel Tourism take responsibility for Tour booking, cancle and payment for tours package only

| 10.) No Show: |
| If you do not show up the tour voucher on your travel date and failed to inform us that you wish to cancle your booking. this is class as no show. In this case, fully charge of your booking cost will be applied. | |
| 11.) Refund: |
| All refunds are subject to administration fee of 5 % the total bookink value or a 500 THB minimum charge. | |
| 12.) Tour Representative: |
| When arrivel Phuket and unsure to make a dicision for day trip excursion, activity,nightlife, shopping even restaurant, we will be pleased to sent our staff - tour representative, qualified from Tourist Authority Of Thailand, visit you at your hotel to inform all information you may require. | 13.) Tour Guide - Tour Escort: |
| Most standard tour package are included local English speaking guide, some tours may not included tour escort / tour guide. If you desier private tour escort / tour guide, we can arrange a local tour guide to be your assistant. | |
| 14.) Program Change: |
| Thetour program and timing in each tour are approximate and may be modified without notice due to the weather, sea and road conditions or any other reason are made for safety. Phukethoteltourism will be inform our customer clearly by e-mail or fax or by telephone. | |
| 15.) Child Rate: |
| Child rate is depanded on each tour agent policy, phukethoteltourism apply to age between 3- 12 years and children under 3 years or infant is free of charge. When make booking with us please specified the children age clearly. | |
| 16.) Insurrance: |
| All major tours are included personal insurance. We strongly recommended that you take out a holiday insurance policy. Please ask your own insurance company. | |
| 17.) Content & Modification: |
